Without looking, know where your hands are.

You do not have to check. Something has held your exact position in space for every second you have been on this page, without being asked once, and it has never lost track.

That faculty can do the same thing with your practice. It has been doing it for years. What it cannot do is tell you what it is looking at, not while you are the only one looking.

That is the hour.

Before the hour, Tell me where you're at. Your position.

Consciousness Coaching

Private Teaching - one to one

The three ways in

For those who have practised for years and stopped moving, and for those who have not yet begun.

This is consciousness technology. Not a religion, not a belief system, and not a set of things you are asked to believe. It is a working architecture, tested one piece at a time, in you.

There is no level at which this begins.

Someone who has never sat once and someone who has practised for twenty years have the same problem from different distances. Nobody has ever told them the truth about where they actually stand.

Some arrive wanting the noise to stop. Some want to know what they are. Some come because something opened and did not close again, and there was nobody to take it to. Some come for the thing that has no adequate name, and settle for nothing less.

The work runs from the most basic training of attention through to deep self-inquiry. Where we begin depends on where you actually are, which is rarely where you think you are.

Sixty minutes.

We can work on any of this.

◆ When the Practice Has Stopped Moving

You have sat daily for months or years. The silence still feels like noise. The practice has become maintenance rather than movement, and you have no way of knowing whether that is a plateau, a wrong turn, or a threshold you are standing on without recognising it. It is the hardest place on the path to see from inside.

The investigation of what you actually are, run properly, not as a concept you arrive at, but as something seen. Most who do this work receive a thought and mistake it for the answer. Learning to tell the difference is the whole discipline.

◆ Self-Inquiry & Direct Recognition

◆ Breath & Energy Work

Advanced breathwork, the energy body, the rising of kundalini and what to do when it rises harder than expected. Clearing, charging, sealing. The unglamorous half is grounding, and knowing when to stop.

The identities you have been reinforcing your entire adult life. The face you built to survive something and never took off. The parts of yourself you have exiled and now meet as other people. This work is unpleasant and it is the work.

◆ Shadow, Mask & Archetypal Integration

The most dangerous stretch of this path, and the one nobody sells coaching for, because those inside it do not believe they need it. Emptiness that has curdled into distance. Detachment mistaken for freedom. The conviction of a special mission. Insight is invisible to itself when it goes wrong, that is precisely why it needs another set of eyes.

◆ Inflation, Grandiosity & the Counterfeits of Awakening

◆ The One Who Has Read Everything

Vedanta, Zen, Dzogchen, Taoist internal alchemy, Jung, the Gnostics, the mystery traditions. You have the vocabulary of every map and the territory of none, and some part of you knows the collecting has become the avoidance. I can place where you actually stand across traditions and tell you what the next step costs.

◆ Discipline, Training & the Body as Vessel

The daily architecture that holds a practice for thirty and ninety days rather than nine. The order matters here and almost everyone has it backwards: the physical hardening comes first, and what becomes available afterward is not available without it.

◆ Meaning & the Dark Passage

The collapse that arrives after you get what you wanted. Nihilism that argument cannot touch. The long stretch where the old life is no longer possible and the new one has not arrived. This is not therapy and I will not pretend otherwise, if you need clinical care, get clinical care. But there is a kind of darkness that is not pathology, and it wants a witness who will not flinch and will not rush you out of it.

◆ Integration & Aftercare

Holding what has already opened. What surfaced in a retreat, a ceremony, a spontaneous opening, a state you touched once and cannot get back to. Most damage in this work is not caused by the opening. It is caused by nobody being there afterward.

Or whatever is actually happening on your path, whether or not it has a name on this list.

I do not do manifestation, abundance work, readings, diagnosis, or anything that ends with you feeling better about staying where you are.

Depth is a function of duration.

The three ways in

One hour can show you precisely where you stand. It cannot walk the ground with you. Choose according to what you are actually prepared to do, not according to what you can afford to risk being wrong about.

The hour

The Arc

Nine sessions is enough time for the work to stop being a series of insights and become a lived shift in how you stand. We move through the full range of the path as it actually presents in you, from the most basic stability of attention through deep self-inquiry, energy and body work, shadow and identity, the counterfeits of awakening, the dark passages, and the long integration that comes after anything real has opened.

Almost nobody stays with anything long enough for the deeper layers to surface. This package removes that option. The work has room to breathe, to correct course, and to demand more of you than a single hour ever can.

This is for the one who is finished collecting maps and is ready to walk the territory and who understands that the real cost is not the money.

9 × 60-minute private session

Full continuity across the whole arc of the work

Seven-day preparation before the first session

The accountability required for something to take root

The commitment level where real movement becomes possible. One session can clarify. Five create continuity, the difference between a single clear look and actually walking the ground that was seen.

Seven-day preparation before we meet

Space between sessions so the work can land

Continuity, we never start from zero

The Great Work

What I will not promise

× I will not promise you enlightenment, awakening, or a permanent shift on any timeline.

× I will not diagnose you, treat you, or replace medical or psychiatric care.

× I will not tell you the work is comfortable, or that the hard stretch is behind you when it is not.

× I will not agree with you to keep you as a client.

× I will not take your money if I do not believe I can serve you. I will say so and refund it.

What I will do is tell you the truth about where you are standing, from someone who has stood there and stay with you long enough for it to matter.

Before we meet

A minimum of seven days sits between booking and the hour itself. This is not scheduling. What you bring to a session you booked an hour ago is the presentation. What you bring after seven days of carrying the question is the thing underneath it. I have never once regretted the wait, and neither has anyone who sat through it.

Apply

Ten questions. it takes about five minutes, and it is not a formality. Three of them want real sentences. Answer those the way you would think them, not the way you would say them.

If it turns outs this is not for you, I will tell you, and I would rather tell you here than take an hour of your life to arrive at the same place.

Questions asked before booking.

◆ What actually happens in a session?

◆ Do I need experience to book this?

We meet for sixty minutes by video. You will have already told me where you are in the form, so we do not spend the first fifteen minutes finding it. I ask questions until your actual position is clear, which is usually not the position you described. Then we work: instruction, correction, practice run live where it helps. You leave with a specific next step rather than a feeling.

No. Someone who has never sat once and someone who has practised for twenty years have the same problem from different distances. The work begins wherever you actually are. If you have never begun, we build the foundation properly, in the right order, which is the thing almost nobody is given.

◆ Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This is spiritual direction and practice instruction. I do not diagnose, I do not treat mental illness, and I am not a substitute for a doctor or a therapist. If what you are carrying needs clinical care, get clinical care and I will say so directly if I think that is what is in front of us. There is a kind of darkness that is not pathology, and that darkness is within scope. The distinction matters and I hold it carefully.

◆ Why the seven day wait?

Because what you bring one hour after booking is the presentation, and what you bring after seven days of carrying the question is the thing underneath it. The wait does work that the session would otherwise have to spend itself doing.

◆ What if I need to reschedule?

Tell me with at least twenty-four hours notice and we move it, no difficulty. Inside twenty-four hours, the session stands. This is not a penalty. It is the same principle as the seven days, what is held loosely does not hold anything.

◆ Which one should I choose?

If you do not yet know whether this is for you, take the hour. If you already know that one conversation will not be enough, take the five, those who book a single session and then extend almost always wish they had started there. Take the nine if you intend something irreversible. The fourth way is not chosen from this page; it is applied for, and it is usually applied for after the hour.

If it turns outs this is not for you, it is not for you. Stay where you are.

I am not a teacher and I have no students. I built a technology, I use it, and that is the whole of my relationship with any of this.

The only thing an hour of this has ever done, and the only thing any genuine instruction does, is point at what was already present.

May all beings eternally be themselves.

Happy, fulfilled and liberated.

Read the book first. The digital edition is the cheapest thing I make. It is because an hour spent building shared vocabulary is an hour not spent on you. Dragon Enlightenment
